1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to services offered by MARTIS TECH LTDA, CNPJ 33.939.531/0001-01. By connecting an account or using RIPGestor, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable terms and policies of the authorized Google products.

2. The service

Features may depend on an enabled API, quota, account eligibility or platform approval.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, have authority to act for the connected business account, provide accurate information and keep your authorization secure. You must use official OAuth authorization and may not provide third-party passwords or session cookies to Martis.

4. User control and consent

You decide which account to connect, which assets and permissions to grant, and which analyses or operations to request. You remain responsible for decisions made from reports or recommendations. Campaign, publishing, deletion, budget, conversion, audience or other material changes require an authorized user’s explicit approval. Website identifiers may be used for Enhanced Conversions only when the required consent signal is granted.

6. Data, reports and intellectual property

You retain rights in information you provide and grant Martis a limited license to process it solely to deliver requested services. Reports and generated explanations may require human review, may contain errors and are not guaranteed business outcomes. Google Ads data remains subject to Google’s platform terms; Martis does not grant rights to reuse third-party content.

7. Third-party services

Martis depends on Google and on hosting, security and AI infrastructure providers. Their terms, availability and technical limitations also apply. Martis is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google and cannot guarantee platform approval or uninterrupted API access.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for disconnecting an account and requesting deletion appear on the Data Deletion page.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features to comply with law, security needs or platform rules. We do not promise that explanations, recommendations or analytics will achieve a particular business result.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Martis disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost revenue, platform enforcement or decisions made from generated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or comply with platform rules. You may stop using Martis and disconnect any supported platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

12. Governing framework

These Terms are governed by applicable Brazilian law, without limiting mandatory consumer or data protection rights that may apply in another jurisdiction.
