Data Deletion and Account Disconnection

Disconnect a Google product

1. Open the RIPGestor access portal or your Google Account’s third-party connections.
2. Revoke Google Ads, Business Profile, Workspace or YouTube separately, or remove all RIPGestor access.
3. Submit a deletion request below if you also want Martis-held configuration, reports and audit data removed.

Revoking access prevents future API calls. It does not delete campaigns, messages, files, profiles, videos or other information stored by Google.

Request deletion from Martis

1. Open the contact form.
2. Select “Privacy or data request”.
3. State that you want account data deleted and include the platform, customer ID, username or account identifier needed to locate the connection.
4. Complete any reasonable ownership verification requested by us.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify stored OAuth credentials, account mappings, measurement-site keys, analysis preferences, generated reports and operational records that are not required for security, legal compliance or dispute resolution. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days.

What remains on Google Ads

This process affects information held by Martis, not information controlled by Google. Use Google Ads controls or approved API actions to delete campaigns, conversion actions, audiences, advertising entities or an account.
